Reallyfe Street Starz Giveaways — Official Rules

Rules version v2 · Updated 9 October 2026 · Sponsor: Reallyfe Productions, LLC, 1801 N Pearl Street #513, Dallas, TX 75201 · Every entry records the version it was made under

No Purchase Necessary

Every giveaway has a free ticket for every member, and no giveaway takes money. Nothing you buy improves your chances of winning.

1No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, and no giveaway takes money. Every giveaway has a free ticket for every member. Points used for more tickets come only from what you do on the site — such as joining, posting, missions, right calls in a Game Room’s “Call it” and inviting friends (including a bonus when a friend you invited becomes an All-Access member) — never from anything you buy. Points cannot be bought. Nothing you buy — an All-Access membership, a tip, a room ticket or merch — earns tickets or improves your chances of winning.

2Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where they live, if older) at the time of entry, with a free Reallyfe account. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees of the Sponsor, whoever donated a giveaway’s prize, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Staff accounts, and a donating guest’s own account, are refused at entry and left out of the draw.

3How to Enter

During a giveaway’s entry period, enter on that giveaway’s own page, on the website or in the iPhone app, in either or both of these ways:

  • Free. Every member may take one free ticket in every giveaway, once, at no cost, while tickets remain. It sits in the same pool and is drawn on the same terms as any other ticket.
  • With points. Each giveaway states its price in points per ticket. Tickets are priced linearly — ten tickets cost ten times the stated price — and the same points buy the same tickets for every member, whatever their membership.

After your first entry, you can add more points tickets from the live room a giveaway is run in, at the same price. A giveaway may cap the total number of tickets; when it does, its page shows the cap and how many are left, and entries stop when it is reached. Your first entry asks you to confirm you are 18 or older, live in the US and accept these rules; tickets you add later from the live room reuse that entry.

4Entry Period & Drawing

Each giveaway’s page shows when its entries opened and when they close, with a countdown. Entries close at that time, or earlier if the Sponsor closes them (for example, to draw the giveaway live in a room). One winner is drawn per giveaway, and the result is final.

The drawing is run by the Sponsor after entries close — it is a deliberate action, not a timer that fires itself. The winning ticket is picked by a deterministic function of a recorded seed (made from the recorded close time and a secret key) applied to the frozen, ordered list of eligible entries, weighted by ticket count. The seed is stored with the result, so the Sponsor can run the same draw again and land on the same ticket.

Bonus tickets. A giveaway drawn live in a room that every member can join for free may give the same number of bonus tickets to every member who has entered and is in the room when it is drawn live there. That giveaway’s page says so, and how many, before you enter. A room you have to pay for, or that only All-Access members can join, never gives bonus tickets.

5Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets in that giveaway. Your odds are your tickets divided by the total, and both numbers are shown on the giveaway’s page and update as entries come in. Membership never changes your tickets: the free ticket is one ticket for everyone, and the same points buy the same tickets for every member, All-Access or not. Entries made before 9 October 2026, when All-Access points entries counted double, keep the tickets they were given.

6Prizes

The prize for each giveaway is as described on its page, with its approximate retail value where one is stated. Some prizes are donated by a guest or partner, and the page names them; the Sponsor runs every giveaway either way. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless the page says otherwise. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7Winner Selection & Notification

The winner is notified in the app and, if their notification settings allow it, by email to the address on their account. A giveaway’s public page says only that a winner was drawn. The exception is a giveaway whose page says, before you enter, that it names its winner: there the winner’s member handle is shown — read out and shown in the room when it is drawn live, and listed under Giveaways → Winners. Your real name, address and email are never shown to other members.

When a giveaway that names its winner is drawn on the Live Draw stage, the member handles of people who entered roll across the screen before the winning ticket is revealed. Any other giveaway’s stage shows tickets, not names.

8Getting Your Prize

The prize is sent to the name and address on the winning entry, at no cost to the winner. The Sponsor may contact the winner to confirm those details or to collect anything the law requires, such as a tax form. If a winner doesn’t reply within 7 days of being asked, or the prize can’t be delivered to the address given, the prize may be forfeited.

9Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Where the law requires it (today, for prizes worth $600 or more in a year), the Sponsor will ask the winner for a tax form (W-9) and will report the prize’s value to the IRS, as required by law.

10General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses bots or more than one account, or breaks the community guidelines. No purchase or payment is ever required or accepted to enter a giveaway.

11Your Entry Details

An entry asks for your name, email, postal address and, optionally, a phone number, and records your 18+ confirmation and the rules version. It is asked for at entry rather than at win because an entry is only valid if the prize can actually be delivered. It is used to run the giveaway and to send the prize — when a prize ships from our store, the winner’s name, address and phone go to Shopify for the order. Entries are kept as the record of the giveaway, also if you later delete your account. Points spent on an entry are recorded on your points ledger (your recent history in the app; all of it in Download your data). See Privacy.

12Apple Is Not a Sponsor

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, any giveaway on this site or in the Reallyfe iPhone app. These giveaways are run by the Sponsor alone.

13Sponsor

The Sponsor of every giveaway is Reallyfe Productions, LLC, 1801 N Pearl Street #513, Dallas, TX 75201.

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. These rules describe the giveaway system that exists today, written from the code rather than from a template. They have not been reviewed by counsel and are not legal advice; they will be reviewed by a lawyer, and may need to vary by state, before giveaways are promoted widely.
