Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This copyright policy describes what the platform actually does today, written from the database schema and the code rather than from a template. It has not been reviewed by counsel and should be before anyone relies on it. If something here does not match how the product behaves, the product is right and this page is wrong — tell us at mail@reallyfeproductions.com.
Members keep ownership of what they post, and they may only post what they have the right to share — see the Terms. If you own a copyright and think something on Reallyfe Street Starz uses your work without permission, tell our designated agent and we will act on it. This page follows the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Report infringement (a takedown notice)
Your notice must include all of the following, or the law doesn’t let us treat it as a notice:
- Your physical or electronic signature — you, or someone authorised to act for the copyright owner.
- The copyrighted work you say is being infringed (or, for several works, a representative list).
- The material you want removed and where it is: the link to the post, video, song, room recording or page.
- How to reach you: your name, postal address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
When a complete notice arrives, we remove or disable access to the material — posts, replies, comments, messages and chat through our moderation tools, anything else by hand — and email the member who posted it with the details of the claim. Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes can make you liable for damages, so please check first — fair use (commentary, criticism, news reporting) may apply.
If your post was removed (a counter-notice)
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentified, you can send the designated agent a counter-notice with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where Reallyfe Productions may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We send a copy of your counter-notice to the person who made the claim. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to keep the material down, we put it back 10 to 14 business days after we received your counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
Our team restricts the account of a member who repeatedly posts infringing material: they can still read, but taking part (posting, replying, messaging, joining rooms) is paused. A copyright removal is reversed only through a counter-notice, as above, not an appeal; a restriction can be appealed from the notice the member receives.
Anything else
This address is for copyright only. To report harassment, a privacy problem or anything else that breaks the community rules, use Report on the post, message, room or profile — it reaches a moderator faster.
