Terms of Use
Last updated 10 October 2026
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This terms page describes what the platform actually does today, written from the database schema and the code rather than from a template. It has not been reviewed by counsel and should be before anyone relies on it. If something here does not match how the product behaves, the product is right and this page is wrong — tell us at mail@reallyfeproductions.com.
By using Reallyfe Street Starz — the community, the website and the iPhone app — you agree to what is below. It is written to be read, not to be survived. The site is run by Reallyfe Productions, LLC, 1801 N Pearl Street #513, Dallas, TX 75201.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to have an account. Joining asks your birthday: give your real one. It sets your account up for your age, it’s never shown on your profile, and it can’t be changed in the app (if it’s wrong, contact us). Some content is intended for adults.
- Purchases, tips, giveaways, tournaments, After Hours and going live are for adults 18 and older. Where the site asks you to confirm you are 18 or older, your answer must be true.
- One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
- Handles are first come, first served, and we may reclaim one that impersonates somebody or squats a name.
Teen accounts (13 to 17)
A member under 18 has a teen account, set by their birthday. It switches off by itself on their 18th birthday.
- Only people they follow can message them or add them to a group chat.
- Nothing can be bought: no tips, Super Chats or shoutouts, paid rooms, memberships, gifts, pay-per-view or Promote.
- After Hours, 18+ rooms and mature videos are hidden, and going live or hosting a room, giveaways and tournaments are off.
- No ad is chosen for them by who they are, and nothing adult-themed is shown. Their profile isn’t suggested to adults; their exact handle still finds them.
- Reporting, blocking and muting work for everyone, always.
A parent or guardian can ask us to review or close a teen’s account at mail@reallyfeproductions.com. A member who joined before birthdays were asked is asked once; if they haven’t answered after a week, their account has the same settings until they do.
What you post
You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to display it on the platform and to show it in the community, in rooms, and in previews of the platform. That permission ends for future display when you delete the post — copies already in backups age out on the normal backup cycle.
Do not post: harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, other people’s private information, spam, malware, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Copyright. Only post music, video, photos and words you have the right to share. To report something that uses your work, or to answer a report about yours, see the Copyright page. Our team restricts the account of a member who repeatedly posts infringing material.
We can remove content and restrict accounts. A restricted account can still read, but taking part is paused — posting, replying, messaging, commenting, joining rooms, tipping, and earning or spending points, for example — and you can appeal from the notice you receive. Safety tools — report, block, mute, privacy controls — are available to every member at every level and are never behind a paid tier.
Points, XP, badges and chips
- Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money. They are earned on the platform — for example by joining and finishing setup, the first-week steps, posting, missions, right calls in a Game Room’s “Call it”, and invites (including a bonus when someone you invited becomes an All-Access member) — and spent on the platform: on giveaway tickets, rewards in the rewards store, and boosts and spotlights. Nothing you buy earns points.
- XP is status only. It is earned, never spent, never bought, and it sets your level.
- Badges are recognition, not property: they have no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred.
- Chips in After Hours are play chips: never sold, can’t be bought or cashed out, and worth nothing outside the game.
- All of these are a limited, revocable licence to use them on the platform. They aren’t your property, and they end with your account or if the platform closes.
- The points ledger is append-only: entries are added, never edited; your ledger is deleted only when you delete your account. We may adjust or void points obtained by exploiting a bug or automating activity, and our team can correct a balance with a recorded reason. We will not quietly reduce points that were fairly earned. Hosts of the show don’t hold points or XP: when a member becomes a host, theirs are cleared with a visible ledger entry.
After Hours is free play
After Hours is never gambling. Nothing you buy affects your chips or a game: chips can’t be bought, sold or cashed out, and no game takes or pays real money. The only prizes are in prize tournaments, which are free to enter and run under their own official rules (a right call in a Game Room’s free “Call it” earns points, as above). After Hours is for adults 18 and older.
Membership
All-Access is $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year. It gives an ad-free experience (sponsors credited on tournaments and rooms still show), the full Vault, VIP rooms, 24-hour early access to new drops in the Reallyfe shop, and 10% off merchandise (when you check out with the email on your account), room tickets, Promote packages and Book services. If you have never subscribed before, the first 30 days are free; a card is taken at checkout and the plan starts charging when the free days end, and we remind you three days before. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Membership & payments, and you keep All-Access until the end of what you have paid for (or the free days). Gift memberships last 1, 3 or 12 months and never renew. Payments on this site are taken through Stripe on the account of 20/20 Vision Productions: on your card statement the membership shows as REALLYFE ALL ACCESS and other purchases made on this site as 2020VISION* REALLYFE. Merchandise is charged by the Shopify store under its own name. See Refunds.
Tips, shoutouts and paid rooms
- Tips and Super Chats are $1 to $500. You pay Reallyfe through Stripe, and Stripe passes the guest, host or artist’s share to their payout account. They keep 85% and Reallyfe keeps the rest. Founding guests — anyone who set up payouts before 1 January 2027 — keep 95% for their first 6 months, and our team can agree a different share with a guest (between 50% and 100%). A Super Chat sent to the show during an After Hours tournament broadcast goes to Reallyfe. Tips earn no points.
- Tips are final. Nothing refunds a tip automatically. If we refund one — a mistake, a duplicate, fraud — or it is disputed with your bank, the receiver’s share is taken back.
- A shoutout is a $25 tip with a message, sent to a room that hasn’t ended where the host allows them. Your message goes into the host’s shoutout queue to read on air and, if you chose to show your name and the room is live, appears in the room’s chat with a SHOUTOUT badge. The host decides whether and when to read it; a shoutout isn’t a guarantee it will be read, and it isn’t refunded automatically if it isn’t. It is split like any tip.
- Paid rooms. A guest or host can sell tickets to a voice or video room ($5 to $100; All-Access members pay 10% less). They keep their tip share of the ticket and Reallyfe keeps the rest. Every ticket is refunded in full, automatically, if the host isn’t on air within 30 minutes of the start time, if the room ends less than 5 minutes after the host arrives, if the room is called off (by the host before it starts, or by our team at any time), if a payment arrives after the room was called off, made free, filled up or ended without a replay, or if you paid twice. A room that runs 5 minutes or more is not refunded automatically if it ends early. If the host removes you, you or the host block the other, you mute the host, or your account is restricted, you can’t use your ticket or its replay, and that isn’t refunded automatically. If the room promises a replay and the recording is made, ticket holders can watch it for 7 days after it ends.
Giveaways and tournaments
Giveaways never take money: every giveaway has a free ticket, and the same points buy every member the same tickets. They run under the Official Giveaway Rules. Prize tournaments in After Hours are free to enter and run under each tournament’s own official rules.
Sponsors
- An adult member can sponsor a prize tournament: they pay for the prize ($100 to $2,500) plus a 15% Reallyfe fee, and Reallyfe pays the prize to the winner who claims it under the tournament’s official rules.
- Our team reviews the sponsor’s name, link and logo before anything is public, and may decline it.
- The sponsor is refunded in full if we decline it, if the event is called off before it deals, or if it is still unreviewed when its night arrives. If an event is called off after it has dealt, our team decides with the sponsor.
- A sponsor has no say in who wins. The sponsor can’t enter its own event, and staff, hosts and the sponsor can’t win it. The sponsor can see a report of the views and clicks their promotion got.
Merchandise and bookings
Merchandise is sold and fulfilled through Shopify under its checkout terms. Services requested through Book (interviews, performances, appearances, production) are confirmed in writing — what is delivered, when, the price and the refund terms — before we send a payment link, and no work starts before then. Self-serve purchases on Promote (promo spots, ad placements, sponsored drops, daily campaigns and event boosts) show the price, dates and placement before you pay; a campaign is checked before payment, automatically and by a person when the automatic check flags it, and an event boost is approved with its event. We can pause any campaign. Paid content is always labelled as paid: on this site a paid placement is labelled “Sponsored” (with the advertiser’s name when we have it), and a booking we publish on social platforms or YouTube is labelled “Paid partnership” (or uses that platform’s paid-promotion setting).
Live rooms
- Rooms are hosted. A host may mute, remove, or end a room.
- In a live room, the host decides who speaks. At an After Hours table, in a Game Room’s seats (unless the host makes seats need approval), in a lounge and in Play, the people seated or in the lounge can talk; everyone else listens.
- Assume anything you say in a room can be heard, recorded, and repeated by other people present. When a room is being recorded, everyone in it sees a recording notice. A recording may be published as a replay in the Vault — hosted on YouTube as an unlisted video — for All-Access members or as a pay-per-view item, and a phone live’s replay stays on its page for 7 days.
Things we do not promise
The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features described as coming may change or not ship. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms materially we will say so on the platform rather than changing this page quietly. Questions: mail@reallyfeproductions.com, or by post to Reallyfe Productions, LLC, 1801 N Pearl Street #513, Dallas, TX 75201. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
